When will my order be delivered?

 

​•Residential Deliveries:  If you want your order to be left with a neighbor if the recipient is not home, please make sure to advise the local store in your delivery instructions at the time you place the order. You will need to provide the name and address of the neighbor. Residential deliveries may be made as late as 7:00PM. **During busy holiday times, residential deliveries may be made as late as 9:00 PM. We require 24 hours in advance for deliveries.

•For business deliveries: Business deliveries will be made between mid-morning and 5:00pm. The delivery person may leave the gift with the front desk, security, or the receptionist with specific instructions to refrigerate immediately. The Balloon Box is not responsible for any gift that is not properly handled. If the business is closed, delivery will be attempted the next business day. The Balloon Box may contact you if you place a same day order for delivery to reschedule your order for another business day.

For deliveries outside of our regular delivery zones please contact us for a quote. 

 

What if I would like to do even more customization with my Balloon Box?

Please contact us for all additional customization for your Balloon Box. We offer lots of themes and can do almost any logo/image on the balloon.

Corporate or centerpiece orders?

We can definitely do any corporate events or centerpiece orders. We can place corporate or business logos on the balloon and customize a phrase for centerpieces as well. Please contact us directly for more information and to completely customize your order today. 

Are your flowers fresh?

Yes, all of our flowers are fresh and in season. We use only the highest quality of florals. Our florals are from a local florist wholesale shop located right here in Calgary. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We can accept all major forms of credit card as well as Interac Etransfer.

How can I place my order?

  You can place your order on our website, our Instagram page via direct message or via phone/email.

What if I would like a style on your Instagram page to be replicated?

We would love to recreate any one of our products for you! Please DM us on Instagram or simply leave us a note on our customization page where it says extra information about the recipient. Just let us know which picture and we will replicate it for you with your own custom message. 

What if I need to cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change an order scheduled for delivery please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery with your request.

If your order has for delivery or has already been delivered, we will be unable to cancel or change your order.
