DELIVERY INQUIRIES
All of our deliveries are sent out on the day selected in the calendar window. If you however need a same day order, please contact us via phone at (403) 966-7395 and we may be able to assist you. Please note same-day orders may carry an additional fee of $10.
We do kindly request that someone is able to accept the Balloon Box at the time of delivery. Due to the balloon being sensitive in nature, we prefer to not leave it outside. If no one is able to receive The Balloon Box, we will call you and leave The Balloon Box at the door.

Surrounding areas- $26.99
•Residential Deliveries: If you want your order to be left with a neighbor if the recipient is not home, please make sure to advise the local store in your delivery instructions at the time you place the order. You will need to provide the name and address of the neighbor. Residential deliveries may be made as late as 7:00PM. **During busy holiday times, residential deliveries may be made as late as 9:00 PM. We require 24 hours in advance for deliveries.
•For business deliveries: Business deliveries will be made between mid-morning and 5:00pm. The delivery person may leave the gift with the front desk, security, or the receptionist with specific instructions to refrigerate immediately. The Balloon Box is not responsible for any gift that is not properly handled. If the business is closed, delivery will be attempted the next business day. The Balloon Box may contact you if you place a same day order for delivery to reschedule your order for another business day.

Cancellation/ Defects:
All Orders must be cancelled 48 hours prior to pick up/ delivery. No refunds will be issued if order is cancelled within 48 hours of requested pick up/delivery.
Any balloon defects must be made aware to Balloon Box within 30 minutes of receiving order.
